Jrange Management Services Limited was incorporated in Ghana as a management services provider.
Jrange management services has grown from strength to strength servicing clients all over the country. Jrange had begun offering critical management services to corporate bodies in the year 2020.
We at JRANGE management services believe in attaining success. We know that success is important to both our associates and our clients. We want to be an integral part of that process.
What We Do
We specialize in managing support personnel for businesses i.e., Executives, Tellers, Direct Sales Agents, Janitorial staff, Front Desk Officers, Gardeners, Drivers, Customer Service Officers, Call Centre Agents, Personal Assistants, Administrative staff and all non-core staff of businesses. These could be on temporary, permanent or contract basis.

THE TEAM
Philip Kwasi Buabeng
DIRECTOR
Philip K. Buabeng was Banker and Lawyer by Profession. He holds QCL, BL, ACIB, A.C.I.B. Ex Principal of the National Banking College. He has undertaken extensive consultancy assignments in banking and finance for both Government and the Private Sector. He provided insightful input into various financial legislations in Ghana.
He offered a commendable service as a Commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and was the Chairman of the Commission’s Finance and Administration Committee, and Member of the Administrative Hearing Committee (AHC).

Henry Appiah
DIRECTOR
Henry Appiah was Banker with 35 years working experience in Banking. worked with GCB for 25 years and has served in Boards. He has undertaken extensive consultancy assignments in banking and finance for both Government and the Private Sector
Selina Buabeng
NON EXECUTIVE MEMBER
Selina Buabeng is a Human Resource Professional with over 11 years’ experience. She has a wealth of experience in HR Consulting, Coaching, HR Policies, Management, Performance Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Talent Development, Employee Relations, Labour Law etc. She is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner with certification from the Institute of Human Resource Practitioners Ghana. She also holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and BSc. Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana and Valley View University respectively. She has extensive experience working within Ghana’s banking sector. Currently, Selina works with UBA one as a Talent Resourcing & Onboarding Specialist.
Selina runs a weekly column in the Business & Financial Times where she shares practical insights on HR and job search strategies. She also runs a YouTube Channel-Selina Buabeng where she shares relevant job search and career development tips
